Instant Bread Pudding

If you are short on time and want to treat yourself with an amazing and delicious dessert, then try this amazing recipe of – Instant Bread Pudding.

Cooking time – 5 mins, Prep time – 5 mins, Serves – 4


8 Slices – White Bread

1 Tbsp – Almonds

1 Tbsp – Pista

A Pinch – Green Cardamom Powder

1/2 Cup – Thick Malai

2 Tbsp – Milkmaid

To taste – Powdered Sugar

To Garnish – Saffron

1 Tbsp – Desi ghee


  • Cut the edges of bread.

  • Crush the dry fruits, and mix half of it's quantity into Malai and Milkmaid. Add Green Cardamom powder to the above mixture.

  • Spread this mixture on one slice of the bread and cover it with another slice.

  • Heat the tawa, put some desi ghee on it. Place the breads with the mixture in it, and heat it from both the sides on low flame. Keep pressing it while heating, so that both the slices stick to each other. Remove it from the Tawa, cut it diagonally it.

  • Repeat the steps for other bread slices.

  • Garnish the slices with rest of the crushed dry fruits.

  • Your amazing, lip-smacking dessert is ready 🙂
