Mexican apple salad for a different Christmas menu
- 2 big apples or 3 mediums
- 100ml of crème fraiche
- 5 oz of condensed milk
- 5 oz of pineapple in syrup
- 3.5 oz of raisins
- 2 tsp chopped walnut
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Peel the apples and then cut into cubes a couple of inches long. Put them in a bowl to which you must add the cinnamon, the pineapple pieces in syrup and the chopped nuts. Stir In another bowl mix the crème fraiche very well with the condensed milk until they are well integrated.
Pour over the pre-prepared bowl with the fruit and stir well to make it all impregnated with the condensed milk. Adjust the level of cinnamon if you want and refrigerate for about an hour.
