Cajun Chicken & Chorizo Penne Alfredo

Pasta dishes are good options for week night meals as they are typically easy to make and very filling as well. This recipe falls into those categories. The chicken and Chorizo mix extremely well together in a wonderful creamy sauce. The Cajun spice adds just the right amount of mild spiciness to the dish.
