Red Velvet Cake – Eggless
Cooking time – 3 mins, Prep time – 2 mins, Serves – 8
1 cup – Flour
1 tsp – Baking Powder
8-10 tbsp – Sugar powder
1.5 tbsp – Cocoa Powder
8 tbsp – Oil
10 tbsp – milk
1 tsp – Red Food color
1 tsp – Vanilla Essence
In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder and mix well. Pass it through sieve so that no granules are left.
In a separate small bowl mix oil, milk, red colour and vanilla essence and then pour this liquid in flour mix and mix it well. There should be no lumps.
Grease a microwave safe dish with oil and sprinkle little flour all over so that cake doesn't stick. Pour the batter
Microwave for 3 minutes. To check just insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean its ready else keep it for 1 more minute.
