<Demiglace Sauce> ・5 Teablespoon of Okonomi Sauce ・5 Tablespoon of Tomato ketchup ・5 Tablespoon of Red Wine ・1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce ・1 Tablespoon of Sugar

Recipe 1. Mix the Rice and Butter in a bowl. 2. Fry the Sliced Pork in a pan. 3. Add the Buttered Rice and the other *Ingredients to it. 4. Cook it. 5. Move it on a dish. 6. Heat the Butter in the pan again. 7. Add the stirred egg and heat it for 1 min. 8. Place the omelet on top of the Fried Rice. 9. Mix the Ingredients of Demi-Glace Sauce. 10. Heat it until the Red wines’ alcohol is evaporated. 11. Pour the Demi-Glace Sauce on the Omurice. *You can buy and use ready-made Demi-Glace Sauce!!
