Request: Anything for a big birthday dinner that’s easy on the stomach.

Girlfriend has a birthday coming up and I want to surprise her when she gets home with a giant awesome hearty meal. Problem is:

  1. Lactose intolerant. Usually use almond milk as a substitute (usually works okay).
  2. Good-taste intolerant. Basically anything with a lot of spices, a lot of red meats, super greasy… these are the kinds of things that, while she usually eats them anyway, she ends up feeling horrible later.

Trying to make a giant dinner for her is hard when the selection is limited, so any suggestions or ideas would be fantastic!
