Ingredients (For 2 Persons) ・1/2 Pound of Chicken Skin ・Salt and Pepper ・Ichimi ・2 Tablespoons of Ponzu Sauce.
Recipe 1. Fry the Chicken Skin. 2. Wipe off the excess Oil on the pan with paper towel. 3. Move the Chicken Skin into a bowl. 4. Pour the Salt&Pepper and Ichimi, Ponzu Sauce into the bowl. 5. Mix well. *this becomes delicious if you refrigerate it for 30mins ~1h.
