French Palmier Cookies (4 different fillings)

Ingredients

Classic Sugar
1 sheet puff pastry
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar

Pesto, Ham, & Parmesan
1 sheet puff pastry
1/2 cup pesto
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
9 slices ham

Nutella
1 sheet puff pastry
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup chopped pecans or other type of nuts

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheet.
3. Spread fillings on top of puff pastry.
4. Roll both sides of the pastry sheet until the two ends meet in the middle.
5. Place roll in the fridge for 15 minutes.
6. Cut into slices and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip, then bake another 5 minutes.

Cheese & Poppy Seed
1 sheet puff pastry
1/4 cup Feta
1/2 cup cheese curds (regular or herbed)
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 egg
2 tsp water

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread out poppy seeds on a cutting board or counter.
3. Place thawed pastry on top and roll with a roller, pressing hard to make the poppy seeds stick to the bottom of the pastry.
4. Brush with egg wash.
5. Sprinkle with feta and cheese curds.
6. Roll both sides of the pastry sheet until the two meet in the middle.
7. Place roll in the fridge for 15 minutes.
8. Cut into slices and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
9. Brush with egg wash.
10. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
