Honey Pepper Chicken

Honey Pepper Chicken is a wonderful Chinese inspired dish that is made simply with not too many ingredients. The combination of honey, pepper and soy sauce produce a fantastic marinade for the juicy thigh fillets. The pepper is wonderfully underpinned by the ginger to produce just the right amount of kick. It is not overpowering at all. This meal is cooked in a wok so it is quick and easy to make. Clean up is easy as well. You can’t ask for much more (except perhaps to have someone make it for you…)
