Whole head of cauliflower (broken up into smaller pieces)
1/3 cup chopped (pimento) stuffed green olives
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small bunch of green onions chopped
1 cup Mayonaise
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp rice wine vinegar (I like a little extra)
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar together in bowl.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour dressing over and stir.
Let sit for a couple of hours or overnight.
