[Recipe help] Found a website with some great recipes for dry / wet rubs, but it doesn’t include quantities for ingredients, just wondering if soebody can help me out with that

Short story: I'm on a hella diet, eating a 200g porterhouse steak each night with all the fat cut off, needed a way to spice things up and discovered dry rubs, found that website and fell in love with all of them and gave the Tex Mex a go. Put a teaspoon of each dry ingredient into a container, and then applied some lime juice to the steak before rubbing in one teaspoon of the dry mix to each side. Tasted good but I'm wondering if it could taste better.
