Sweet & Sour Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients:

-8 oz. Russian Dressing
-8 oz. Apricot Preserves
-1 packet dry onion soup mix
-1/4 cup water
-Sliced pineapples
-Chicken (breasts)

Directions:

Preheat over to 350F. Mix dressing, preserves, onion mix, & water. Pour mix over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, place a slice of pineapple on each breast and bake uncovered 1/2 hour longer.
