Balsamic Glaze Chicken & Stir Fry
Soy Sauce – 1/3 cup
Balsamic vinegar – 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Garlic – 3 cloves minced
Water – 1 cup
Chicken – 8-10 drumsticks
Add all the ingredients together in a pan and stir it together.
Place your chicken in the pan, and bring the sauce to a boil
Once the sauce is rolling, turn the chicken and cook it for 20 minutes turning every so often.
Once 20 minutes has passed, turn the heat down to a light simmer and move the chicken to the sides of the pan (this lets the glaze become a little more thick).
CHICKEN IS DONE
Now make your stir fry.
- Prep your veggies to bite sized pieces
- Fry on medium high with some olive oil, tossing the veggies until they are lightly browned.
Important: *****Collect the glaze and spread it on your stir fry and chicken
