Balsamic Glaze Chicken & Stir Fry


Soy Sauce – 1/3 cup

Balsamic vinegar – 1/2 cup

Brown Sugar – 3 tablespoons

Garlic – 3 cloves minced

Water – 1 cup

Chicken – 8-10 drumsticks


  1. Add all the ingredients together in a pan and stir it together.

  2. Place your chicken in the pan, and bring the sauce to a boil

  3. Once the sauce is rolling, turn the chicken and cook it for 20 minutes turning every so often.

  4. Once 20 minutes has passed, turn the heat down to a light simmer and move the chicken to the sides of the pan (this lets the glaze become a little more thick).


Now make your stir fry.

  1. Prep your veggies to bite sized pieces
  2. Fry on medium high with some olive oil, tossing the veggies until they are lightly browned.

Important: *****Collect the glaze and spread it on your stir fry and chicken
