Mexican Chicken Casserole


-1 1/2 cups milk
-1 can cream of mushroom
-1 can cream of chicken
-12 corn tortillas
-1 7oz. can of green chile salsa
-1 whole chicken
-Shredded cheddar cheese


Boil chicken for 1 hr. Add soups, milk and salsa together. Put deboned chicken in this. Layer in casserole dish alternating between liquid & tortillas, top each layer with cheese. Cook @ 275F. for 1.5 hrs.
