Tangerine Jelly Mimosas

  • 650 ml Tangerine Juice

  • 300 ml Cava (Brut) Champagne or Prosecco

  • 20 gr Gelatine leaves


  • Juice the tangerines.

  • Put the gelatine leaves to soften in a bowl of water for a few minutes.

  • In a pan, heat 100 ml of tangerine juice.

  • When the juice is simmering, remove from the heat, squeeze out any excess water from the gelatine and add it. Stir until there are no visible lumps.

  • Add the remaining juice and cava.

  • Serve and cool overnight in the fridge.
